Comments:  First screening of a laser disc.  Went great and the movie is magic.  Learned a lot about laser discs.  The opening disc, a movie about traditions in japan, had some deterioration and the sound track was scratchy and there were physical spots on the image due to pitting that can happen when the first layer of the disc deteriorates.  Rare but possible with any physical analog medium.
